PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of reliably executing memory back up processing when the power fails.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a power failure detection section 71 that detects a power failure of the electric power supply from a power supply unit; a spare power supply section 40 that supplies spare electric power to a processor 10, a memory 20, and a storage unit 30 when the power supply from the power supply unit; a shut-off section 12 that shuts off a communication between the processor 10 and a peripheral unit device 60. When the power failure detection section 71 detects failure of electric power supply from the power supply unit, the shut-off section 12 shuts off a communication between the processor 10 and the peripheral unit 60 and the processor 10 reads out data from the memory 20 to execute a memory back up processing to store the same in a storage unit 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
