FIELD: packaging industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, in particular, to labelling machines for application of labels from continuous label tape onto cylindrical vessels. To expand operating performances, labelling machine comprises frame 1 with conveyor 2 for supply and discharge of cylindrical vessels, for example, bottles 3, device for their separation 4, drive vacuum drum 5, device to feed continuous label tape 6 from bobbins label on surface of vacuum drum 5, device for application of glue on label tape 7, and device for its subsequent cutting into separate labels 8, device for rolling of label onto vessel 9, device for heating of glue, as well as device for drive, synchronisation, and control of machine, and in vessel 10 for preparation of glue there is glue drum 11, wherein, just as in vessel for preparation of glue, there are built-in glue heater, device for rolling label 9 is flat and covered with elastic material, for example, rubber, according to invention, drive vacuum drum 5 is equipped with set of detachable rings 12 or discs with flanges 13 of different height, wherein outer diameter of ring or disc is equal to outer diameter of drum, and conveyor 2 for supply and discharge of cylindrical vessels has device for height adjustment, wherein lower part of machine framework 1 has bushes 19 with screwed-in supports 20 for adjustment of machine height in order to match work surfaces of conveyor 2 for supply and discharge of cylindrical containers with working surfaces of previous and next in line machines. In case of employing ring 12, its inner diameter is equal to 0.85-0.98 of drum external diameter.EFFECT: application of labels from continuous label tape on cylindrical vessel.1 cl, 10 dwg |
