PURPOSE:To improve service for a specified customer by displaying a commercial message based on the personal data of the specified customer stored in a specified customer personal information storage means by using a specified customer message display means. CONSTITUTION:When the member's card of the specified customer is read and inputted from a card reader 5 or the member's number of the specified customer is inputted from a keyboard 4 and the specified customer is identified and inputted by a CPU, an electronic cash register 1 reads the personal data of the specified customer from a RAM which previously stores the personal data of respective specified customers. When the message select key of a customer side display 7 is inputted by the specified customer after the specified customer is identified and inputted, in place of a commercial message by customer classes, the commercial message corresponding to the inputted message select key is displayed by the CPU to be operated as the specified customer message display means. |
