METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SIO2 NANO PARTICLES

Provided is a manufacturing method of SiO_2 nanoparticles. More particularly, the manufacturing method of SiO_2 nanoparticles comprises the following steps of: preparing an aqueous ethyl acetate solution; dispersing the aqueous ethyl acetate solution in a nano disperser, and preparing a water particle dispersion in which a plurality of water particles are formed; separating at least part of a dispersion from the dispersion, and preparing a reaction mixture solution by adding a tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) solution and an ammonia solution to the separated dispersion; decomposing water particles remaining in the reaction mixture solution; and separating SiO_2 nanoparticles from the reaction mixture solution having decomposed water particles. The manufacturing method of the present invention can manufacture SiO_2 nanoparticles at low costs without using a toxic solvent and a surfactant.
