The present invention relates to a mold to manufacture a product with a closed cross section, and a method to manufacture the product with the closed cross section using the same. The mold to manufacture the product with the closed cross section comprises: a lower mold where a member with a closed cross section is seated; an insert mold installed in a top surface of the member with the closed cross section; and an upper mold having a forming unit pressing and forming a member with an open cross section seated on a top surface of the insert mold, and arranged to allow both ends to come in contact with the member with the closed cross section into a predetermined shape. The lower mold includes a plurality of guide fins installed in a part where it is not interfered with the insert mold, the member with the closed cross section, and the member with the open cross section; and improves a capacity of being engaged with the upper mold. According to the present invention, the product with the closed cross section is able to be processed at once by press-forming; thus obtaining an effect of saving on expenses and time.
