The present invention relates to a biomolecule and/or drug immobilized fiber patch based on a natural polymer and, more specifically, to a fiber patch for treating chondropathy based on a natural polymer, where a natural polymer in which the biomolecule and/or the drug which promote the treatment of various diseases are immobilized is laminated, and to a producing method thereof. According to the present invention, the fiber patch shows a continuously and excellently therapeutic effect by releasing the suitable biomolecule and/or the drug depending on the order of the action mechanism of cells treated by using the fiber patch in which the biomolecule and/or the drug are immobilized, thereby being able to be used as a drug system with respect to various treatments.
