Disclosed are a non-sintered binding material and a concrete composition comprising the same. The non-sintered binding material comprises: 100 parts by weight of a first mixture including granulated blast furnace slag and electric furnace steel-making dust; and 2-10 parts by weight of calcium chloride (CaCl_2). According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the non-sintered binding material, which has excellent material properties of the cured molded article, moldability, and workability. |
