Provided is a method of connecting an outbound call with consideration for customer preference. The method of connecting an outbound call with consideration for customer preference comprises the steps of: receiving a keyword and a desired reward from a receiver terminal; identifying multiple counselors corresponding to the keyword and the desired reward; providing a list of the multiple counselors to the receiver terminal; receiving, from the receiver terminal, the selection of a specific counselor from among the multiple counselors; providing consultation information including the keyword and the desired reward to a terminal of the specific counselor selected from the multiple counselors. According to the present invention, a customer can consult about a keyword that the customer wants, select a counselor who can provides a reward that the customer prefers, and receive an outbound call from a counselor who has a profile that the customer prefers, any time the customer wants. |
