The present invention relates to a cable guide inside a robot arm. More specifically, the cable guide inside a robot arm is formed in an area where cables are located inside the robot arm to prevent cable coating from being peeled off even when the robot arm is driven for a relatively long time. The cable guide is installed at a predetermined interval with the cables passing through an inner side of a plurality of joint units, which are designed for rotating and pivoting of the robot arm to prevent the cables from being in contact with an inner lateral surface of the joint units when the robot arm is rotating or pivoting.
