The present invention relates to an auction load method executed in a server of a financial company. The method comprises the steps of: processing subscriptions in response to a request of subscribing a title insurance authentication service for an article for sale at auction; providing title insurance authentication for the article for sale at auction before auction for the article starts; and computing the price for the title insurance authentication service, based on either the result of title insurance authentication for the article for sale at auction or the result of the sale at auction and claiming the cost to the user. Therefore, by using the present invention, quick loan counseling and service provision are available as a bank loan is closely linked to a sale of the article at auction, while banks can attract customers who need bank loan products. |
