The present invention relates to a run-flat tire and, more specifically, to a run-flat tire which comprises: a heat emitting unit formed in a side wall; and a through hole formed in the heat emitting unit for air to pass. The through hole has an air inlet port into which air flows and an air discharge port through which air is discharged.
