CONSTITUTION:In a plant, a film body 1 with a thermohose 11 mounted on the rear end thereof is previously inserted into a cylindrical body 3 while being reversed. The cylindrical body 3 with the film body 1 is led into a sewer pipe 5. Water is supplied into the film body 1 from the rear end 1b. After that, hot water is supplied into the film body 1 through the thermohose 11 for curing a thermosetting synthetic resin in the cylindrical body 3.
