SOLUTION: When the run-flat tire 1 is evacuated due to puncture, annular projecting parts 12 of a reinforced layer 10 of a side wall part 3 adhere to each other to form an arch structure, which functions to resist the compression due to the weight of a vehicle and the stress due to bending or the like. The run-flat tire 1 is restrained from being further deformed, so that the tire enables running safely as it is for a considerable distance. |
