PURPOSE:To provide a compound and D.D.S. for permeation and absorption of the effective components as object of pharmaceutical components, etc., in a human body by skin absorption. CONSTITUTION:A cream-form compound for filling a vital body structure is prepared with pharmaceutical components containing polypeptide and chitosan, wherein collagen is in particular used as polypeptide. This cream-form compound consisting of polypeptide and chitosan has an excellent absorptive and permeative power to enable easy absorption and permeation in skin of different sorts of effective components contained so that a striking absorbing effect is exhibited, and also it enables to regenerate an artificial vital body structure which is consolidated with the original vital body structure to allow utilization as an artificial vital body structure for regenerating part of a vital body structure portion which was severed due to operation, accident, etc. |
