PURPOSE:To obtain stably a textile printing product with high accuracy by providing an intermittent driving method and a device therefor in an automatic screen printing machine wherein even in heating of an endless belt, its feed quantity can be always sustained with high accuracy and by compensating automatically an error in feed accuracy caused by a change in an extension ratio by an action of heat. CONSTITUTION:By heating a printing plate 30 itself which executes an printing operation, a textile 20 to be printed on an endless belt 3 can be heated by heat by conduction without necessity for an idle time for heating or a long size execution of a machine and a temperature of the endless belt 3 is regularly detected and is converted into a digital value. Based on a digital value of a temperature, a conversion to a temperature compensation pulse number accompanied by a heat extension or a shrinkage of an endless belt is executed, a compensation operation of a set pulse number by the temperature compensation pulse number is executed, and the endless belt 3 is so controlled as to stop at a repeat length P based on a pulse number after a compensation operation. |
