The circuit for announcing the connection state to the user after detecting the voice of the counterpart without sending the redial signal and busy signal, includes a signal identifier (170) detecting the counterpart voice and providing its signal to a microprocessor (110) which connects the communication line and provides the received voice through a speaker (SPK). The identifier includes an amplifier (171) amplifying the line signal, a rectifier (172) rectifying the amplified signal, and a comparator (173) comparing the rectified signal to the reference and providing the its output to the microprocessor.
