ELECTRONIC MAIL ALLOCATION PROCESSING METHOD

PURPOSE:To provide an electronic mail allocation processing method which can control the information on mails and also can allocate the mails with high efficiency in an electronic mail system. CONSTITUTION:An electronic mail system is constructed by sharing of files, and the control of mail information is simplified by a common form. Furthermore a library calling part 121 is provided so that a user can systemize the addresses independently and then can perform the conversion of address. Meanwhile the addresses of other nodes can be decided at the high speed by changing the analyzing sequence of an address list 14. Then a means 124 function to replace the uninterchangeable characters in order to deal with the code standards of different years.
