PURPOSE:To provide an active material paste filling device capable of preventing the mixing of bubbles into the active material paste filled into a continuous current collector. CONSTITUTION:The current collector guide port 1d of a paste filling unit is formed with the scraping port 3b of a blade 3. Active material paste is fed to a paste storage chamber 1b from a paste feed device 2 so that the active material paste is filled in the paste storage chamber 1b. A vacuum chamber 5e is arranged on the outside of the current collector guide port 1d, and the vacuum chamber 5e is evacuated so that the inflow of air into the paste storage chamber 1b from the current collector guide port 1d can be blocked.
