A concealed door hinge comprises two securing elements 7', 11' mounted on the frame 2 and door leaf 1 respectively, the securing elements being connected together by a lever 3' pivotally secured to both elements and a link 4' pivotally secured to the frame securing element 7' with its other end slidably and pivotally located in a slot 15' in the leaf securing element 11', one end of the slot 15' being close to the leaf pivot point 10' of the lever 3', the lever and link being connected by a pin 5' on the link 4' passing through a slot 8' in the lever, and the frame securing element 7' is formed in two parts, one part on which the lever and link are pivoted and another part 21 secured to the frame 2, the two parts being releasably attached to permit adjustment of their relative positions. The part 21 is preferably an angle member having a serrated flange bearing against a serrated projection 26 on the other part of the frame securing element 7', and a screw 28 engages through a slot in the serrated flange and a bore in the projection 26. Two hinges may be mounted on opposite sides of a frame wall, (Fig. 6, not shown), and connected together by bolts passing through the wall. |
