The appararus makes the position angle of a camera vertical to a screen face of the Brown tube, and allow connection part (2) of the camera (1) separate from the connection part (4) of the Brown tube. The apparatus comprises a movable support means (12) equipped in the front face of the cmera connection part (2); a circular plate (11) connected to the movable support means (12) by a bolt; a rotary means (9) equipped between the connection parts (2,4) and a support (5).
