The Conservation device preventing the pre-register data loss even in the power interruption has the processor (2) controlling the system; the serial-to-parallel data converter (8) converting the registered parallel data to serial format to feed the converted data to the non-volatile memory means (9); the parallel-to-serial data converter (10) converting the saved data to parallel format to provide the converted data to the processor (2). The data conservation device can save the dissipation power because it can keep the pre-register data in off-line power state.
