PURPOSE:To detect nucleic acid with a simple operation and by the cataphoresis method safely and sensitively and to detect only the nucleic acid inside a speci men even if the specimen containing other constituents such as protein since the reaction for detection is specific to the nucleic acid. CONSTITUTION:A specimen containing nucleic acid is subjected to gel cataphoresis, ultraviolet rays are applied to a specimen at any stage for transferring the gel to a transfer film as needed, antiultraviolet ray irradiation nucleic acid antibody is allowed to react with the specimen on the gel or the transfer film, and then a generated antigen/antibody reaction product is detected. |
