The equipment is for positioning a sheet moved by a number of conveyor belts to front marks in a sheet printing rotary machine and includes shafts (20, 21, 25) with guide rollers (14, 15) for the belts (6) of which one shaft (20) adjoining a positioning plate (13) can move perpendicular to the sheets. All guide rollers (14, 15) have spherically curved surfaces and are pivotably mounted on shafts (25, 26). The shafts (25, 26) are flexible and each pair of cooperating front and back rollers are connected by a longitudinal beam (27). The beams (27) are pivotably mounted behind the back guide rollers (15) and are joined by a common attachment (33) positioned near the front guide rollers (14).
