CAP INSERTING APPARATUS IN CAPPED FILM BAG MANUFACTURING AND PACKING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To insert rapidly and surely a cap into a through-hole perforated on a continuous film. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus has a plurality of receiving recessed parts receiving successively caps carried from a cap feeding guide 6d into a plurality of places between a fixed lower stage 6b arranged above a continuous film 1a on which the through-holes 1b are perforated and having a cut part wherein a cap C can be lowered and inserted into a through-hole 1b at a position facing the through-hole 1b and a fixed upper stage 6c with a gap being approximately equal to the height of the cap and horizontal rotation thereof is performed around the rotational shaft as a center. In addition, a rotating stage is provided so as to stop temporarily the horizontal rotation when a cap C is rotated to the position facing the through-hole 1b of the continuous film 1a and the apparatus is constituted of a cap pushing-in member pushing the cap from the upper side and inserting it into the through-hole 1b when the cap C comes rotatably to the position facing the through-hole 1b.
