PURPOSE:To simplify the totalization by making unnecessary the totalizing program every document, through the storage of the total up to immediately before the present index to the registers, the addition of the designated item to registers when the index moves lower, and the subtraction of the index when it moves upward. CONSTITUTION:The totalizer is constituted with the document total means 1, document formation system 2 by electronic computer, key unit 3, memory unit 4, and display unit 5. With this constitution, data are fed to the key processing means 21 from the unit 3, operating the document forming means 22, and the line of document is displayed in the display unit 5 with the display processing means 23. Further, the position of document and required item are added to the total instruction 11 in the total means 1 and they are stored in the total registers RG1 and RG2 in the operation means 12. On the other hand, when the data of the register RG1 is read out with the total instruction means 11 and the index moves downward, the value of RG2 is added to the value of RG1, and when moved upward, this is subtracted. After that, this is read out with the buffer in the input and output area 13 and it is fed to the document forming means 22. |
