PURPOSE:To dispose waste by burning it as the production of nitrogenous oxide is suppressed, by seperating the inside of an incenerator into drying stoker groups, burning stoker groups and after-burning stoker groups, and by regulating an air supply to each stocker group and a secondary combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:Dust 1 is burned while it is being conveyed in order over drying stoker groups 2 and 3, burning stoker groups 4 to 6 and after-burning stoker groups 7 and 8. Primary air from a blower 9 is partially burned and pyrolyzed by throttling air dumpers 10 to 12 for drying and upper part burning, and inflammable gas and ammonia etc. are produced. A complete burning must be performed in such a manner that opens rear burning and after-burning dumpers 13 to 16. Secondary air to a secondary combustion chamber 24 can be dividedly fed to dumpers 26 to 28 from a blower 25. The inside of the incinerator is divided in such a manner as mentioned above, and the incinerator is operated through the adjustment of air feeding volume, and thus, the production of nitrogenous oxide can be suppressed and the waste can be disposed. |
