This apparatus comprises pneumatic gripping means (1) lifting each product (B2), supplied by a conveyor, in order to separate it from its frame-support (A), and a carriage (2) transferring these gripping means from the gripping position to a receiving station (PR) comprising a discharge conveyor (11). At the receiving station are arranged pneumatic gripping means (6) integral with a support (7) capable of a return movement of at least 180 DEG .
