PURPOSE: To provide an electrode device capable of continuously positioning in a part of a body without the necessity of a gel layer by having an electrode sensor and a flexible electrical insulation substrate and forming part of the substrate into a relief like shape. CONSTITUTION: An electrode device comprises a substrate 11 having a front surface 12 and a back surface 13. An electrode sensor 14 and a relevant lead 15 are positioned on the front surface 12. An additional sensor 16 and a relevant lead 17 are positioned on the front surface 12 or the back surface 13. Leads 15, 17 are connected to a connector 18. Conductive ink is attached to the sensor 14, 16, leads 15, 17 and connector 18 by known technology including screen printing. In order to insulate the device 10 from the patient using it, leads 15, 17 are covered with a dielectric layer 19. The part of the substrate 11 on which sensors 14, 16 are arranged is of a relief like shape as compared with the rest part of the substrate 11. In order to form the relief like shape, coping, embossing and forming technologies are performed to the substrate. |
