<p>PURPOSE:To provide a producing method of molten steel for reducing inclusion in a continuous casting process. CONSTITUTION:In a converter, slag is solidified and the flow-out of the converter slag during steel tapping is prevented by charging CaO or MgO, and the slag quantity on a ladle is reduced to <=1%, by wt. to the molten steel and further, by charging CaO or MgO during the steel tapping, the ladle slag composition is controlled so that the m.p. becomes >=1550 deg.C. Successively, Al is uniformly spread on the ladle slag, and by reforming FeO% in the slag to <=2%, the inclusion is reduced. The product quality is remarkably improved and entraping phenomenon of the slag in the joint part of the ladle lining is restrained and the yield is improved.</p> |
