摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform measurement locally, by closely contacting a nozzle, in which two pipes are provided, to a measuring part of a board, circulating an extracting liquid by a pump, eluting residual ions, and measuring conductivity in a tank. CONSTITUTION:An extracting liquid compressing alcohol and water in a main tank 5 is circulated in the sequence of the main tank 5, a cock 6', a pump 7, a cock 6'', an ion exchange resin tank 8, a tank 9, a cock 6, and the main tank 5, by switching three-way cocks 6, 6', and 6''. Thereafter, the cocks 6 and 6' are changed, and the tank 5 is isolated. A nozzle 1 having pipes 2 is compressed to the measuring place of a board 11. Then the cock 6' is switched, and the circulating circuit comprising the sequence of the pump 7, the cock 6'', the nozzle 1, the tank 9, the cocks 6 and 6', and the pump 7 is formed. The amount of electrolytic ions, which are received by the nozzle 1 from the board 11, is measured by a conductivity meter 10 of the tank 9. After the measurement, the cock 6'' is switched, and the extracting liquid is returned to a high resistance state by the tank 8.
