PURPOSE:To reduce a switch loss by providing a circulating path of a current stored in an inductance of a collector winding of a transformer. CONSTITUTION:Diodes 14, 15 are connected in parallel with reverse polarity to the current path of a transistor in parallel with two transistors 7, 8 of an inverter. Thus, the circulating path of the inductance current is formed, and if it is in the range of increasing or decreasing the circulating period of the inductance current even if a resonance period T is varied, no failure in operation occurs, the collector and emitter voltages of the transistors 7, 8 at turning ON and OFF times can be set to substantially zero, and no excess reverse voltage is applied to the collector and emitter voltage. Accordingly, the switching loss can be reduced. |
