PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive resin holder capable of easily forming a printing plate by filling the photosensitive resin in a flat vessel composed of a transparent flexible film having a face releasable from the photosensitive resin after exposure as the wall of the vessel on one side, and another transparent flexible film having an adhesive face as the other vessel wall and sealing the vessel. CONSTITUTION:One side inner wall of the vessel 1 for filling the photosensitive resin 4 is formed with a transparent flexible film 2 of a resin, such as chlorinated PE or chlorosulfonated PP, having a face releasable from the resin 4 after exposure, and the opposite inner wall is formed with a transparent flexible film 3 of PE or the like having a face adhesive to the exposed resin 4, then, the circumferential part 6 is melt fixed except the inlet of the resin 4, the resin 4 in a liquid state is injected, and the inlet is sealed to obtain the holder 5 of the resin 4. The holder 5 is brought into contact with a negative film 12 on the side of the wall 2, and they are sandwiched between two glass plates 11, 13, exposed to the light incident from the plate 13 side for 10-13sec exposed to light incident from the plate 11 side for about 180sec, the resin 4 layer is cut off together with the film 3, and the unexposed part is washed off with a stream of water, thus permitting a printing plate 7 having a pattern 8 good in precision, and having superior printing resistance to be obtained. |
