The invention relates to a flushing tank. This flushing tank is fixed to a horizontal covering plate 11, the body 1 of the tank being played under the covering plate 11 and the cover 2, as well as a frame 10 being placed above it. A pivoting rocker 4 is placed in the cover 2; an actuating device 5 is placed under this cover, in such a way that it too can pivot. A two-armed lever 16 is installed in such a way that it can pivot on the body 1 of the flushing tank; it is connected at one of its arms to a pusher rod 7 and, at its other arm, to a clamp 17 of the discharge pipe. By actuating the rocker 4, the discharge valve may be opened and closed at will. Application particularly to flushing tanks with partially embedded installation. <IMAGE>
