The individual grid support beam (4) is mounted on stands in such a manner that it can be rotated in its longitudinal direction about an axis (10). The grid support beams are connected to retention nets (14) in such a manner that these, under load, move the rotatably mounted grid support beams in the direction of the cable pull forces which arise. From the bearing reaction of the retention nets, no transverse loads arise therefore for the grid support beams as they rotate in the plane of action of the bearing reactions. They are thus only loaded in their main support plane and can thus be designed to be lighter in weight. The grid support beams exert no pull forces on the stands (1). <IMAGE>
