PURPOSE:To obtain an internally reformed fuel cell device and a fuel cell power generating system using such a fuel cell device in which no reduction of the cell property is generated, the service life of the reforming catalyst is long, the performance is good, and the form is compact. CONSTITUTION:This fuel cell power generating system includes a fuel cell device 14 to hold a reforming actalyst 11 in a fuel gas passage 5 positioning at a low temperature operating part. A reserve reforming part is to be provided to a fuel gas system at the upstream side which feeds a fuel gas to the fuel gas passage 5. And, in case of the fuel cell power generating system, a reforming reactor 18 as a reserve reforming part is provided. |
