PURPOSE:To prevent exposure of a worker and to improve the degree of finishing of the inner surface of a heat transfer fine tube, by a method wherein, in an atomic power plant, positioning of a tool for finishing to the heat transfer tube, insertion, and driving rotation of the tool, and the feed and recovery of water for cleaning are effected through remote control from the outside of a water room. CONSTITUTION:A guide tube 14 is positioned to an object heat transfer fine tube 3 by means of guide device 12. A honing tool is inserted in the heat transfer fine tube 3 through the guide tube 14. By rotating the boning tool together with a flexible shaft 15 by means of a rotary driving mechanism, the inner surface of the heat transfer fine tube 3 is ground. By injecting water through the honing tool through the feed of water to the interior of the flexible shaft 15 by means of a water feeding mechanism, a ground surface is washed. As noted above, since finishing of cleaning of the heat fine tube is automatically performed through remote control, a worker is prevented from exposure, and the degree of finishing can be improved. |
