PURPOSE:To perform synchronous operation of a slave unit with a master unit by correcting a current reference to be applied to the slave unit by a phase difference from the master unit to supply it to the slave unit. CONSTITUTION:Phase signals of master side and slave side are input to a phase compensator 8. The phase reference of the slave side is obtained from the output of a frequency/phase converter 7. The compensator 8 obtains the deviation of the inputs, proportionally controls the deviation, and adds it as a deviation signal to the frequency reference of slave side. At this time, the polarity of a correction signal is so applied that the phase difference between the master side and the slave side becomes zero. The corrected frequency reference is applied through a frequency phase converter 7 as a voltage phase to a phase controller 5.
