CELL LINE FOR PRODUCING OF AIDS VIRUS

摘要

The method for preparing cell line capable of producing AIDS virus continuously is presented. Thus, pancreas of white rats is mixed with peripheral blood of AIDS patient and incubated. The above culture broth and a culture broth containing Molt-4 and HuT-78 cell line infected with AIDS virus are centrifuged at 3000rpm for 10 minutes and the obtained supernatant is filterated with 0.22 m disposable filter. The filterate is used as an undiluted solution of AIDS virus and preserved at -20≦̸C.
