PURPOSE:To obtain an optimum printing material in which coloring is not lost with transmitted light by adding a predetermined quantity of optical diffusive powder in a coating agent for forming an aqueous ink absorption layer to a plastic sheet under predetermined conditions. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous ink absorption layer is provided with coating agent containing optical diffusive powder on a plastic sheet, printed on the surface, and covered with a polyisocyanate compound. The agent contains 38-80pts.wt. of high water absorbable resin, 50-120pts.wt. of porous inorganic filler and 5-60pts.wt. of optical diffusive powder per 100pts.wt. of binder, and the powder contains 0.03-3mum of mean particle size. The aqueous ink absorption layer is formed 5-80mum of thickness in a drying state. Thus, even if a printed surface is coated with polyisocyanate compound, coloring density with permeability is not lost, and a printing material adapted for all weather resistant electric decoration plate is obtained. |
