PURPOSE:To produce the binder compsn. for injection molding having excellent moldability, degreasability, sinterability, etc., by incorporating auxiliary components such as natural wax into polyether of a polyoxyethylene/ polyoxypropylene condensation product system. CONSTITUTION:The polyether of the polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene condensation product system is used as the essential component and compds. of 1 or >=2 kinds selected from the natural wax, synthetic wax, fatty acid, esters, metal soap, and water are incorporated therein as the auxiliary components. The average mol. wt. of the above-mentioned polyether is 7,000 to 26,000 at this time and the content of the ethylene oxide is specified to 60 to 90wt.%. The content of the auxiliary components is specified to 10 to 100pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. polyether. The binder compsn. which is solid at ordinary temp. and has 40 to 100 deg.C pour point is thereby prepd. and the binder compsn. for injection molding having excellent solid state properties is obtd. |
