PURPOSE:To activate feed water or hot water and to allow the execution of a pretreatment to meet the application of feed water and hot water in combination by providing a filter made of synthetic fibers into which powder for radiating the slight energy of IR rays is incorporated in a flow passage forming member and allowing the free incorporation of a water-soluble material in an inlet side flow passage. CONSTITUTION:The feed water and hot water flowing into this device dissolve the water-soluble material 14 and form the liquid which contains the components of this material and meets the purposes of utilization. The impurities removed by a filter 10 and the water-soluble material 14 are suppressed in corroding and deterioration in properties by the energy radiated from the powder for radiating the slight energy of IR rays incorporated into the synthetic fibers forming the filter 10. This energy has the effect of imparting resonance motion to the molecules and to activate the molecular motion, thus having the effect of suppressing the propagation of aerobic bacteria and maintaining the freshness of foods. In addition, the taste of the feed water or hot water itself or drinks is improved and the effects of detergents, bath additives, etc., are improved. |
