PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency by setting a couple of block dies at both side ends of many thin plate segment dies, extracting a required number of segment dies from among a group of segment dies, and rolling over and inserting the extracted segment dies between the block dies. CONSTITUTION:A couple of block dies 2A and 2B are set at both side ends of many thin segment dies 1 segmented in the width direction, respectively. The dies 1 are set on a rolling over shaft 4 of a rolling over mechanism 3 supported by an upper die body 8 to be capable of rocking in a plane being orthogonal to the segment width direction. The dies 1 are rolled over by turning the rolling over shaft 4 by 180 deg. through a driving cylinder after extraction of a specified number of dies 1 from among a group of the dies 1. The block dies 2A and 2B are moved equally and inversely each other through a screw rod 19 rotating synchronously. Production efficiency is improved because formation of an upper die with a specified width is easy. |
