<p>PURPOSE:To surely find even the occurrence of slight disorder of each detector and to prevent the increase of the cost of equipment by providing plural converters, a data input device, etc., and comparing the actual detection value of a detector as the check object with an estimated detection value. CONSTITUTION:With respect to execution of a detector checking program, a computer 13 first reads in respective outputs of a flow rate detector 7 and a valve opening degree detector 9 through converters 10 and 11 and a data input device 12. An arithmetic or table look-up method is used based on correlations between the flow rate and the degree of opening to estimate the flow rate in accordance with the degree of opening of valve at this time, and this estimated flow rate value is stored as compensation data. Thereafter, the actually detected flow rate value obtained from the detector 7 is compared with the estimated flow rate value, and the detector 7 is decided to be abnormal to guide an operator to inspection if the actually detected flow rate value is deviated from the estimated flow rate value by a certain allowable width or wider. Then, the operator inspects the detector 7; and thus, even the occurrence of slight disorder of each detector is surely found, and it is unnecessary to provide another detector to prevent the increase of the cost of equipment.</p> |
