PURPOSE:To prevent hunting of running enabling a speed to be maintained of a running motor in a low speed condition by enabling the preset low speed of an engine to be input to a control means despite high and low speed setting conditions of the running motor in a vehicle driven in two-speed running. CONSTITUTION:A running motor swash plate angle control means supplies delivery oil from a control pump 24 by a swash plate switching instruction valve 23 to a volume variable mechanism controlling a swash plate angle cf each right and left running motor, and the swash plate switching instruction valve 23 is controlled by a controller 27. Here the controller 27 is constituted, being provided with a high and low speed switching setting means 28, low speed condition decision means 29 and a signal switching means (speed change selecting means) 30. And respectively connecting a Hi-Lo selecting switch 31 to the high-low speed switching setting means 28 and an engine speed setter 32 to the low speed condition decision means 29, a low speed signal can be output despite high-low speed setting condition when the low speed is set by the setter 32.
