PURPOSE:To easily steering-control rear wheels in the equal or reverse phase with reflection of a driver's intention in turn by installing a control means for drive-controlling the rear wheels through the steering in the equal or reverse phase to the front wheels when an operating body is operated, in interlocking with an operating body operation detecting sensor. CONSTITUTION:The signal of the turning quantity of a steering shaft 8 is inputted as the steering state of front wheels 16 and 16 are inputted from a front wheel steering angle sensor 88 into a control means 86, and the signal of the shift quantity of an annular lever 32 is inputted from a steering direction detecting potentiometer, and a signal is inputted from a car speed sensor 90.
