POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION AND COATING METHOD FOR MOLDING THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition providing moldings having both excellent bond strength of coating film and high impact strength by blending polypropylene with specific ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer rubber in a definite blending ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) Crystalline polypropylene is blended with ethylene-propylene- diene terpolymer rubber having 5-50 Mooney viscosity ML1-4(100 deg.C) and >=15 iodine value in an amount to give 10-50wt.% content of the component B based on total amounts of the components (A+B) and optionally (C) 0-40 pts.wt. based on 100 total amounts of the components (A+B) of an inorganic filler such as calcium oxide to give impact-resistant polypropylene resin composition suitable as exterior automative trim such as bumper.
