PURPOSE:To control logon user ID and to improve security by inspecting user ID and a password and checking whether the user ID obtained by a terminal generating a logon request can be used or not at the time of receiving the logon request. CONSTITUTION:When an on-line terminal equipment inputs user ID and a pass word, a logon request receiving part 6 checks the validity of the user ID and the combination of the user ID and the password, when the user ID is invalid, informs the rejection of the logon request to the terminal equipment. In the case of valid ID, the user ID is informed to a logon user ID inspection part 5 and transfers control to the part 5. The inspection part 5 acquires the terminal ID name of the terminal generating the logon request and refers to a logon user ID inspection table 4 based upon the terminal ID name. Consequently, the decision of logon validity can be improved. |
