<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking of dust to a dispersion plate and to optionally control the reduction ratio of an ore by providing a flowing passage for cooling fluid on the inside of the dispersion plate and also, a dust collector in midway of an exhaust gas guiding pipe from a pre-reduction furnace. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust gas produced in a smelting reduction furnace 1 is introduced into the pre-reduction furnace 2 through the dust collector 17. Into the inside of the dispersion plate 9 in the pre-treating furnace 2, the cooling fluid flows to cool the dispersion plate 9. Reducing gas introduced in the pre- reduction furnace 2 is introduced into a pre-reduction chamber through gas through-holes in the dispersion plate 9 to form the fluidized bed of the ore. Since the dispersion plate 9 is cooled, the sticking and growing of the dust to the dispersion plate 9 are prevented. By providing the dust collector 3 in midway of the exhaust gas guiding pipe 3 from the pre-reduction furnace 2, the powdery and granular ores in the exhaust gas are separated and removed. A part or all of the separated fine grain ores are charged into the pre-reduction furnace 2 through a branching pipe 5a and a part thereof is charged into the smelting reduction furnace 1 from a branching pipe 5b.</p> |
