PURPOSE: To provide a thrust bearing unit capable of being manufactured simply and inexpensively and saving a composing space and connecting surely each other against loss in only one step. CONSTITUTION: An end portion 13 protruding radially provided in a free flange end portion 11 of a sponson flange 9 is formed by a plurality of indented portions 12 produced by a not-cut processing and disposed and distributed over the whole periphery. In addition, the indented portion 12 is engaged with a retaining surface 14 facing to the end portion 13 elastically relaxed in the radial direction and provided in a retaining flange 10 from the back side. |
