<p>PURPOSE:To provide the electrostatic charge developer with which stable and high image quality is obtainable by expanding the concn. range of the toner to be used, the high image quality is assured by preventing the sticking of carriers, the consumption of the carriers is suppressed, the characteristic to maintain the image quality occurring in a change in electrostatic chargeability by an environmental fluctuation, etc., is improved and further, the image quality excellent in solid black and fine line reproducibility is obtainable. CONSTITUTION:The average particle sizes of the carriers and toners of the electrostatic charge image developer consisting of the carriers obtd. by spraying and cooling a carrier material melt consisting of at least a binder resin and magnetic powder and the toners have the relation satisfying the following equation and the toners are formed by adding conductive fine powder to toner particles: 6Dt<=Dc<=10Dt (where Dt denotes the average particle size of the toners, Dc is the average particle size of the carriers).</p> |
